Which coordinate systems do you support? For design and construction projects we use ETRS-GKn zones — Gauss-Krüger projections of the EUREF-FIN datum. In the Jakobstad region this is typically GK22. ETRS-TM35FIN suits wide, nationwide datasets, but its scale distortion is too large for measurement-accurate design work. Heights are delivered in N2000, or N60 when required. We also convert from older systems such as KKJ, and from WGS84 data.

How do I know which coordinate system my project uses? It is usually stated in the design documentation or available from the municipal surveying office. If you're unsure, ask us — we'll establish the correct zone before the survey.

What is GeoAI object detection? AI automatically identifies and classifies objects from orthophotos — buildings, vehicles, vegetation — delivered as vector data.
